Senior / Middle UI/UX Designer

About this role

Gypsy Collective is looking for a Middle / Senior UI/UX Designer to help shape and evolve our portfolio of in-house iGaming products. You will work on improving existing platforms, building scalable design systems, and creating polished, conversion-oriented interfaces that balance business goals with user experience.

• Support and improve existing iGaming products and interfaces;
• Create clean, modern, and conversion-focused UI/UX solutions;
• Maintain and evolve product design systems and visual consistency;
• Participate in the design and launch of new products from concept to release;
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the design team;
• Balance business goals, product metrics, and user needs in design decisions;
• Work within established visual styles, brand guidelines, and workflows;
• Take ownership of tasks from briefing to implementation review;
• Ensure design quality during development together with engineers;
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and clarify requirements when needed;
• Generate and refine visual concepts using AI tools and prompting workflows;
• Create banners, illustrations, and visual assets when required;
• Manage priorities independently in a dynamic product environment.

### Requirements

🧭 What makes you a great match:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design (Middle / Senior level);

• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail;
• Experience designing modern web or mobile product interfaces;
• Strong understanding of conversion-oriented design and user behavior;
• Ability to create polished, structured, and scalable UI solutions;
• Experience working with and maintaining design systems;
• Advanced Figma skills;
• Ability to work within an existing visual language while maintaining consistency;
