WHAT DOES A SENIOR MANAGER, SOCIAL MEDIA DO?
The Senior Manager, Social Media leads the strategic development and tactical execution of social media initiatives for a portfolio of clients, serving as both an internal leader and external social media counsel. This role acts as the primary subject matter expert, guiding clients in leveraging social media trends and technologies to achieve their marketing objectives within the pharmaceutical industry. Internally, the Senior Manager supports team planning, growth, and cross-department education to establish social media as a core organizational competency.
