CertifID is on a mission to end wire fraud. As we scale our impact, we are looking for a Sr. Manager of Sales
Operations
to operate as a senior individual contributor and thought partner to Sales leadership—we need a strategic architect.


In this role, you will work directly with the Head of RevOps to connect GTM strategy to day-to-day execution, ensuring Sales leaders have clear, trusted data and sales reps have systems and processes that help them sell effectively. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys navigating ambiguity, owning complex problems end-to-end, and building scalable sales operations from the ground up.
