What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for CLM projects
• Analyze current-state contract lifecycle processes and collaborate with clients to design future-state processes
• Configure CLM systems based on gathered requirements, including workflows, templates, and reporting dashboards
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to support end-user adoption of the CLM solution
• Monitor solution performance and provide actionable reports and dashboards to stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on CLM or related contract management software
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within a CLM system
• Proficiency in process mapping and business analysis techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
