This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing a team of Project Managers within a global market research and technology environment. You will combine people leadership, customer engagement, project delivery, and operational strategy to ensure consistently high-quality outcomes. The role serves as a key connection between the Global Coverage function, senior leadership, customers, sales, and cross-functional teams. You will help teams manage complex research projects, resolve escalated issues, anticipate customer needs, and support client growth strategies. The position also provides opportunities to lead strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and expand the range of services supported by the team. As part of a 24×7 global operation, the role offers significant international exposure and requires flexibility, ownership, creativity, and a hands-on approach.


Accountabilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers with varying levels of experience and expertise.
• Serve as the first escalation point for platform issues, customer concerns, project scope changes, and other high-impact challenges.
• Support the successful delivery of multiple concurrent research projects while maintaining strong quality standards and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Use proprietary research technology to create and manage surveys related to advertising effectiveness and professional services.
• Develop a strong understanding of the market research and digital advertising industries and translate customer challenges into technology-enabled solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with external customers, anticipate their needs, and deliver a high standard of customer service while respecting project budgets.
