Job Summary


Responsible for supporting operational and strategic analytics projects, with cross-functional collaboration. In this role, the analyst leads domain-specific projects, manages cross-functional initiatives, develops project methodologies and ensures project success. Typically reports to a Director, Reporting& Analytics.

Desired Skill Sets:

• Must have business analyst or business intelligence experience in healthcare to be considered
• Ideal candidate must have experience working with the following systems: Epic, SQL, and all Microsoft Office programs
• Healthcare revenue cycle knowledge highly preferred

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelors degree in healthcare, business or related field preferred; Master’s or advanced clinical degree preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: Advanced analytics/healthcare certifications preferred; Domain specific certification or accreditation preferred:

• Professional certifications FACHE, CHFP, CAHIMS, CPHIMS
• Data Science/Analytics certifications (vary)
