Senior Graphic & Motion Designer (Illustration)

Hire Digital is seeking a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer (Illustration) who can combine illustration, graphic design, and motion to produce high-quality B2B SaaS explainer videos. This role requires end-to-end ownership, from interpreting scripts to designing custom visuals and delivering polished animations.

### RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate scripts into original storyboards and visual concepts.
• Design custom illustrations, icons, and graphic assets for each project.
• Produce end-to-end explainer videos (from concept, storyboard, animation, up to delivery).
• Create high-quality motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
• Animate UI/product interfaces, dashboards, and workflows.
• Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and B2B tone.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Optimise videos for different formats (web, social, presentations).

### REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience creating B2B SaaS or product explainer videos.
• Strong skills in illustration, graphic design, and motion design.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Portfolio showing custom asset creation + storyboard + final animation.
• Experience with UI animation and product walkthroughs.
• Ability to work with voiceover-driven content.
