As our new Senior Graphic Designer, you will support the Group Head of Design and lead a range of design projects. You will create and develop eye-catching, compelling designs across a range of brands, in both offline and online channels.

The role is based at our Bath head office five days a week. Following successful completion of the six-month probation period, you will have the option to work from home one day per week.

## What you'll do

In this varied role, you will:

• provide upkeep of the YTL Group brands
• work with the Group Head of Design to ensure consistent branding and designs across all group companies
• deputise for the Group Head of Design when needed and support the freelance designers
• provide outstanding design work that meets the brief, is on budget, is delivered within deadlines and is on brand
• liaise with external suppliers such as printers and photographers, ensuring quality, value for money and environmental standards are met
• collaborate with other teams within the group to ensure brand consistency
• provide exceptional creativity and innovation, balanced with accuracy and strong attention to detail
• have excellent organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage your own deadlines, contribute to planning and prioritise work for the wider design team
• have professional time-management and proactive communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team
• have a keen interest in the latest design trends, tools and best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning and sharing knowledge with others
• have experience creating branded environments and campaign assets
• have a positive, proactive attitude and a passion for design.
