Department Overview
Our Marketing department focuses on building and promoting the W&D brand to ensure that everyone understands the benefits of W&D. Our specialized marketing experts collaborate to provide excellent service internally and externally. Our specialties include Brand & Content, Creative, Marketing Strategy & Planning, Digital (Web, Email and Advertising), PR/Social Media, Events, and Operations and Analytics.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be an active and important participant in the design process, from concept to creation, to support the needs of the Marketing team. We are looking for designers who are highly creative, passionate, and motivated to produce – qualities essential to help drive our marketing to the next level. Primary Responsibilities
- Actively participate in group brainstorming/concept development sessions with the Creative Director, Art Director, and/or key stakeholders
- Interpret needs and create innovative designs to effectively convey desired ideas
- Take ownership of all areas of the design process from initial prototype to creation to the preparation of final mechanicals
- Create eye-catching brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral that preserves and elevates the brand
