Description:

The Senior Graphic Designer brings OneVeracity’s brand and marketing strategy to life through clear, engaging visual communications. Reporting to Mark Palmer, Vice President, Brand and Experience, you’ll work closely with marketing and business partners and own projects from concept through production. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for a thoughtful, versatile designer who can balance creative ideas with business needs and deliver consistently strong work across digital and print channels. The position may be remote within the United States or hybrid in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate brand and marketing strategy into thoughtful creative concepts and polished visual assets
• Own design projects from brief through final production, balancing business objectives, audience needs, brand standards, timelines, and technical requirements
• Design across digital and print channels, including presentations, campaigns, social media, web graphics, brochures, sales materials, internal communications, and event collateral
• Partner closely with the Vice President, Brand and Experience to develop creative approaches and evolve the OneVeracity visual identity
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and other business teams to clarify needs, shape briefs, and turn complex information into accessible visual stories
• Maintain brand consistency across company communications while applying sound judgment when extending the brand into new formats and use cases
• Develop scalable, easy-to-use templates for presentations, social media, and other recurring assets so teams can self-serve while maintaining brand standards
• Manage assigned work within the marketing request intake process, prioritize competing needs, communicate timelines, and deliver reliably
• Present design rationale, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and guide work toward solutions that support the intended objective
