The team is open to candidates coming directly from public accounting, including those with audit or tax backgrounds. Position Overview

The Senior Fund Accountant will play a key role in supporting fund accounting operations, including financial reporting, capital activity, and investor allocations. This position requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and experience working with multi-entity structures within an investment management environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain fund-level general ledgers, including journal entries and reconciliations across multiple entities
• Support fund accounting activities, including capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for funds and related entities
• Assist with investor reporting and support ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with external auditors and tax advisors during audit and tax cycles
• Perform cash reconciliations and monitor fund activity and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable financial reporting standards
• Work closely with the Controller and finance team to enhance processes and improve efficiency
