We are a fast-growing US mortgage company expanding from mortgage brokerage into wholesale and correspondent lending operations. We are building a modern mortgage technology platform that includes broker portals, borrower portals, workflow automation, underwriting support systems, and investor integrations.

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our long-term technology team and help build scalable mortgage technology infrastructure for the US lending industry.

## Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal mortgage technology systems
• Build broker portal and borrower portal applications
• Develop workflow management systems for loan processing and underwriting
• Integrate with third-party mortgage platforms and APIs
• Develop secure document upload and management systems
• Collaborate with US operations and management teams
• Improve automation and operational efficiency
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning
• Maintain system performance, security, and scalability
• Troubleshoot production and integration issues

## Requirements

• 2+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong experience with:

- React / Next.js
- Node.js
- REST APIs
- PostgreSQL or MySQL
- AWS or cloud infrastructure
- Experience with authentication and role-based access systems
- Experience building secure web applications
- Good understanding of software architecture and scalable systems
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Stable internet connection and professional work setup
