Who You Are

You are a seasoned developer who bridges frontend, backend, and AI. You hold a degree, bring over 5 years of professional experience, and communicate fluently in English. You thrive in _remote_, fast-paced environments and are comfortable collaborating across US time zones.

## Requirements

Required Qualifications

* Frontend experience – Proficient in modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar)
* Backend experience – Strong knowledge of server-side languages (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or .NET) and databases
* AI experience – Hands-on with LLMs, ML pipelines, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks
* Degree holder – Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years of professional software development experience
* Fluent English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fully _remote_ ready – Self-motivated with a reliable home _office_ setup
* Time zone availability – Able to work core hours in EST, CST, or PST

Nice to Have

* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
* Startup experience or US market exposure
* Previous _remote_ collaboration tools expertise (Slack, Zoom, Jira, Notion)
