Job Description:
The Senior QA Analyst is responsible for conducting independent quality assurance reviews of complex Financial Crime Risk Management activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures, and quality standards. The role provides effective challenge, identifies risks and control gaps, supports remediation efforts, and contributes to the ongoing enhancement of QA methodologies and practices across the organization. The Senior QA Analyst also serves as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, coaching, and quality insights to stakeholders and peers
CUSTOMER
- Contribute to the development of team procedures and governance processes and advise FCRM stakeholders and teams of changes and enhancements to enterprise FCRM programs and requirements and where they may impact in the organization.
- Work with FCRM partners and other related groups (such as Compliance, Legal and Risk etc.) to support creation of documentation and reports required by external regulatory bodies and TD internal groups
