Job Description

• Budgeting and forecasting: support budget cycles and maintain rolling forecast, including cash flow and variance analysis
• Business Performance analysis: analyse and synthesize financial and operational data to surface key business drivers, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into clear recommendations for a variety of stakeholders across the organization
• Financial Modeling: build and maintain robust Excel based financial models to support strategic decisions, scenario planning and management reporting
• Comission processing: support the processing of commissions, ensure accuracy and alignment with our compensation plans
• Accounting review: ensure data integrity, accuracy and timeliness
• Continuous process improvements within Finance domains

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A or similar roles
• Advanced Excel: pivot table, complex formulas, power query and financial model architecture (macros & VBA asset)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

• Strong analytical and poblem-solving skills
• Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-finance stakeholders
