Position Summary
TEL is seeking a
Senior Environmental Project Manager
to lead and manage complex environmental projects across technical expertise areas such as emerging contaminants, environmental restoration, and remediation. This role is responsible for full lifecycle project management, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client requirements.


The ideal candidate will develop and manage high-performing teams of environmental and physical scientists, technicians, and subject matter experts to achieve contract objectives and financial success. This role actively contributes to TEL’s culture and values, collaborating with management and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.


This is a hybrid remote role based anywhere in the United States with an estimated 30% annual travel to support project execution.


Responsibilities

• Lead teams of project professionals, technicians, and support staff through all phases of project execution, including planning, field investigations, remediation, data evaluation, remedial action planning, system design (as appropriate), long-term monitoring/operations, and final reporting.
