About The Role
EliseAI is scaling quickly, and the Enterprise Sales segment is at the heart of that growth. As the
Senior Enterprise Sales Manager
, you will own and be accountable for leading a Enterprise AE team — driving both new business and expansions across regional and national property management companies.


You’ll work hand-in-hand with AEs throughout the sales cycle, helping them identify, engage, and close opportunities, while also mentoring them. You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure EliseAI continues to be the category-defining platform for multifamily housing.


Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive success of the Enterprise housing segment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop an Enterprise sales team using challenger methodology.
• Partner with AEs to drive adoption with C-Suite, VPs, and Directors.
• Support AEs across the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiations, and expansions.
