What you’ll be doing:

As an Endpoint Systems Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction in the planning, execution, and support of endpoint engineering and operations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of endpoint systems across the organization. You will be part of a high-performing team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will lead by example—demonstrating deep technical expertise, mentoring peers, and driving initiatives that align with business and IT goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support endpoint infrastructure for both onsite and remote users.

• Ensure high availability and reliability of systems through proactive monitoring and

maintenance.

• Patch management and security remediation efforts across the environment.

• Implement system upgrades and enhancements in alignment with business needs.

• Analyze, design, and maintain software solutions that support endpoint operations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Collaborate with IT Project Management to support new project launches and coordinate

technical activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry

experience.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar technical role.
