Salary: RM 12,000 – RM 14,000 + Performance Bonus (Based on experience)

Please read carefully before applying. We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Shopee Growth Manager who can drive sales growth, optimize marketplace performance, and manage Shopee & Lazada stores end-to-end.
This is a senior-level growth and sales role for someone who understands marketplace strategy, customer conversion, advertising, campaigns, and revenue generation — and able to execute.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplace channels.
- Drive sales through Marketplace Ads, campaigns, vouchers, promotions, and growth strategies.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, images, inventory, and store performance.
- Monitor GMV, ROAS, conversion rates, traffic, and sales KPIs.
- Plan and execute major campaigns (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, payday & festive promotions).
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Shopee & Lazada stores.
- Fluent in (Mandrin and English spoken and written).
- Proven experience growing marketplace sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of Shopee/Lazada Seller Centre, Ads, Campaigns, Promotions, and Vouchers.
- Experience with customer communication, follow-ups, and sales closing.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven, independent, and results-oriented.
- Must have a dedicated home office and stable internet connection.
