About this role
The challenge
Adobe's Partnerships organization drives growth and access to new technology by partnering with top tech companies. This role leads Partnerships Strategy & Operations, a team of highly motivated strategy specialists that acts as the accelerant for the Partnerships organization. You'll own two connected mandates: Define strategy by identifying high-impact opportunities and crafting the frameworks the Partnerships team follows. Feed collaborative insights back as input to Adobe's broader strategy and prioritization.
- **Insights & Operations:** Track partnership metrics and derive insights to iterate on strategy. Define and track Corporate Partnerships OKRs; own budget tracking, headcount planning, and resource reallocation; design end-to-end partnership processes that keep the group aligned and efficient.
- **Leadership & Communication:** Manage and develop the team, coaching it to turn analyses into actionable recommendations, and persuasively communicate the partnerships strategy and plan to cross-functional teams and executives.
