THE ROLE

As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager you will own the development and execution of high-impact performance and organic growth digital plans. In this role, you will drive cross-functional alignment, working with our external agency partners and internal developers to translate high-level strategy into digital campaigns to drive growth.

KEY IMPACTS

• SEO Strategy Development: Create and execute high-impact, holistic SEO strategies to drive traffic and increase market share. You’ll collaborate with product, demand, and content teams to drive Xactly’s SEO content roadmap; identifying search trends, completing keyword research, and growing content engagement on Xactly Corp.
• AI Engine Optimization (AEO): Optimize content structure for "machine readability," focusing on clear entity relationships, expert citations, and direct-answer formatting.
• On-Page & Technical Optimization: Optimize website structure, header tags, meta titles, and descriptions, and work with the development team to fix core web vitals & technical issues affecting site speed and performance.
• A/B Testing & CRO: Establish scalable Conversion Rate Optimization and A/B testing program across the website, landing pages, and key digital assets to maximize the conversion of traffic to leads and opportunities.
• Interactive Experience Management: Own the strategy for our website chat (AI and live), calculators, quizzes, and other interactive tools to increase engagement and lead capture.
