We are seeking a
Senior DevOps Engineer
to join a growing healthcare technology company building platforms that support critical infrastructure across the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. This role focuses on improving platform reliability, enabling developer productivity, and strengthening automation across cloud-based environments. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with engineering teams to build scalable CI/CD systems and operational tooling that supports continuous delivery. This is a full-time position with remote flexibility for U.S.-based candidates. U.S. work authorization is required. No visa sponsorship is available at this time.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable reliable and efficient software delivery across development teams
• Troubleshoot platform and application issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive operational improvements
• Enhance development and production environment stability across cloud infrastructure
• Develop automation to streamline release processes and eliminate repetitive operational tasks
• Build monitoring and observability solutions that provide visibility into build, deployment, and runtime environments
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and infrastructure teams to support platform reliability and continuous delivery initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-7+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering roles
• Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
• Experience supporting cloud-based application environments (Azure, AWS, or similar platforms)
