We’re hiring a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics to support our Product Analytics function at TRM. You’ll play a foundational role in shaping how we use data to drive product decisions. TRM’s product surface and customer base have scaled significantly in recent quarters — and with that growth comes complexity. We need sharper insight loops to confidently answer: *Did this feature work? Should we double down or pivot? Where are we leaving value on the table?*

This role exists to close that gap. You'll be the bridge between what we build and why it works — combining causal inference, business context, and data storytelling to uncover what drives impact. Your work will shape the product roadmap, define how success is measured, and help ensure we’re building the right things for the right users.

The impact you will have:

• **Experimentation & Causal Analysis** — Design, launch, and analyze controlled experiments (feature flags, quasi‑experiments) to validate product bets; deliver statistically robust recommendations that directly influence ship/iterate/kill decisions.
• **Insight Generation & Roadmap Influence** — Translate complex product & customer data into crisp narratives that reshape priorities and unlock ARR or risk‑reduction upside.
