We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our high-impact Data team. In this role you'll be responsible for elevating Relay's data capabilities — building predictive models, supporting experimentation across the organization, and helping the business make smarter, faster decisions. You will be a key strategic partner sitting at the intersection of data engineering and business intelligence, translating complex business questions into rigorous, actionable insights that move the needle across GTM, Sales, Finance, and Product.

*Please note that we are a hybrid environment and choose to collaborate in the office three days a week (Tuesday–Thursday)*

## What You'll Be Doing

• **Own predictive modelling work** across critical business domains — including customer lifetime value (LTV), churn, retention, and early-signal customer quality assessment
• **Support the rollout of Relay's experiment infrastructure** to teams across the org, establishing rigorous A/B testing standards and helping the org make confident, data-driven decisions
• **Partner closely with GTM, Sales, Finance, and Product** to translate ambiguous business questions into well-framed analytical problems with measurable outcomes
• **Define and improve core metric definitions** so the business is working from a consistent, trustworthy foundation
• **Deliver stakeholder-facing insights and presentations** that tell a compelling story through data — not just surface numbers, but explain what they mean and what to do next
