The Role

• Lead analytic development and guide multi-disciplinary teams in shaping data strategy for mission modernization.
• Architect end-to-end analytic workflows, including data engineering, modeling, validation, and cloud deployment.
• Design and implement AI/ML solutions optimized for real-time operational use, integrating multi-INT and geospatial datasets.
• Oversee the application of tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel, and provide techniques for their use.
• Partner with agencies and teams to ensure analytic outputs meet mission timelines and technical rigor.
• Contribute to technical approaches and modernization roadmaps aligned with mission requirements.

What You'll Need

• Experience in data science, machine learning, or large-scale distributed analytics.
• Experience with geospatial analytics, multi-INT fusion, or space-system data integration.
• Experience developing, validating, and operationalizing AI/ML models.
• Experience with distributed compute frameworks for high-volume mission data.
• Experience integrating models into production or mission-critical workflows, including real-time analytics.
• Experience with cloud-native AI/ML platforms.
• Ability to lead analytic teams and mentor junior analysts.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
