The Role

• Conduct data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis.

• Design and build data management systems, optimizing architectures and systems in collaboration with data users.

• Select and configure backend database technologies and optimize scalable, efficient data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

• Implement automated processes for integrating disparate datasets and conduct scalable data research.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design new data processes and develop algorithms for automated collection strategies.

• Support multiple simultaneous projects from open-ended guidance to delivering mission-relevant findings.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience in an analytical field.

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and database design principles.

• Proficiency in SQL, API-based data querying, and relational databases.

• Experience developing predictive algorithms and other data science models.

• Experience with major data science languages such as R and Python, as well as data visualization tools.
