Senior Data Scientist

The Role

• Develop core intelligence systems for a leading talent platform
• Build and enhance candidate-to-opportunity matching capabilities
• Create recommendation engines for outreach targets
• Contribute to enterprise-scale GenAI multi-agent initiatives
• Mine data for actionable insights from structured and unstructured sources

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python and AWS
• Strong grounding in modern data wrangling techniques and unstructured data processing
• Deep, current knowledge of GenAI, including LLMs and agentic architectures
• Proven experience in recommendation and matching engine development
• STEM Master's or Ph.D.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a growth mindset
