About The Decision Intelligence Team
The mission of the Decision Intelligence team is to shape decision-making into a competitive advantage across Gorgias. We build and power our central data and context asset, called the Gorgias Decision Engine (GDE), and bring it to life through decision products and partnerships. The GDE is Gorgias' central system of infrastructure, data, context, decision products, and AI capabilities that enables the organization to access insights, automate workflows, and make better and more meaningful decisions.


Decision Intelligence operates across multiple disciplines: Data and AI Engineering (infrastructure, context layer, AI agents), Analytics (business intelligence, metrics governance), and Data Science (forward-looking insights, including forecasting).
