To help fuel that growth, we need a talented Data Product Manager to help us define the future of how data is collected and exposed in the Portals Area.

This Area spans across some of our most popular touchpoints like self service (app and web) and modern VoiceAI solution used by millions of our customers in 3 countries. Partnering closely with the Area Data Engineering Manager and Data Platform teams, you will curate and drive our data product strategy, ensuring that the information we capture is deeply accessible and actionable for business leaders, data analysts, fellow Product Managers, and our Data Science team, all while respecting our company Data standards.

### What you’ll do

- Define the Area Data Strategy: Lead the Data Product vision and roadmap for the Area (including our App, Reserved Area, Voice AI, and Customer Support).
- Bridge Stakeholders & Tech: Act as the primary interface between Data Consumers (Data Scientists, Business Analysts, …), and Engineering to ensure data products are scalable, reliable, and aligned with company goals.
- Own the Data Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end process of Data Product development, from initial discovery and modelling to monitoring performance and impact.
- Drive Data Product discoverability and self-serving: support self-serving of Data Products, by continuously improving the tools (e.g., data catalog, data dictionary), and the Data Product consumer orientation.
