Operations Security International, Inc. (OSI) is hiring for a full-time Senior Data Integration Analyst.

Role Overview

The Senior Data Integration Analyst will lead data integration strategy and reporting enablement efforts. This role partners closely with Data and Analytics teams to define data relationships and ensure reporting frameworks are accurate, consistent, and actionable across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Data Mapping & Architecture

• Provide authoritative data source mapping to support analytics and reporting needs.

• Define and document complex relationships between system data structures and reporting frameworks.

Integration Enablement

• Enable downstream reporting and system integration by ensuring source data is clear, consistent, and usable.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data structures with business requirements.

Performance & Analytics

• Lead production performance analysis for internal application systems.

• Develop and maintain SQL-driven reporting solutions in support of the “Single Pane of Glass” initiative.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve data integration and reporting defects.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.

Documentation & Training

• Maintain comprehensive data lineage documentation.

• Develop and manage reusable query libraries for team use.

Reporting & Visualization

• Design, develop, and manage Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards.

• Deliver end-user training and support to drive adoption of reporting tools and insights.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Microsoft SQL and data analysis.

• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.

• Knowledge of data modeling and integration concepts.

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
