Senior Data Engineer

About this role

This role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, systems integration, and strategic architecture responsibilities across enterprise data ecosystems.

The ideal candidate is someone who can operate both tactically and strategically — partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements, designing scalable solutions, mentoring engineers, and driving implementation efforts end-to-end. This person should be comfortable working across modern cloud platforms, enterprise ERP ecosystems, and evolving data architectures.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Design, develop, and support end-to-end data pipelines and integrations across enterprise systems
• Build and maintain cloud-based data engineering solutions using technologies such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, SQL, and Python
• Support integrations across ERP, SAP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms
• Drive implementation efforts from architecture and design through deployment and ongoing support
• Contribute to modernization initiatives involving legacy ETL, SQL Server, SSIS, and on-premise environments

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure and/or AWS
• Experience with Databricks and modern data engineering frameworks
• Strong experience building and supporting end-to-end data pipelines and integrations
• Experience with ETL/data integration concepts and tooling
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Experience driving implementations from design through deployment
• Strong systems integration and architecture mindset
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as ERP, SAP, CRM, or related systems

*The projected hourly range for this position is $ 75 to $85 an hour.*
