About this role
We’re looking for a Network Optimisation Analyst to join our Global Logistics team. In this role, you’ll support the Leads and the Head of Network Optimisation in delivering high-impact projects that improve our delivery network’s performance. Your focus will be on turning data into insights, improving processes, and enabling the success of cross-functional initiatives across our global markets.

*Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Toronto office & 2 days working from home*
*Reporting to: Head of Delco Network Optimisation*

These are some of the key components to the position:

• **Data Analysis & Insights**: Leverage advanced SQL to extract, analyse, and visualise performance data from our logistics network to support decision-making.
• **Support Network Improvement Projects:** Assist Leads and senior team members in identifying, scoping, and implementing optimisation initiatives (e.g., courier assignment logic, batching rules, prep time tuning).
• **Tool Monitoring & Refinement:** Monitor tool and algorithm performance, flag anomalies, and contribute to refining their setup for better network outcomes.
• **Performance Reporting:** Build and maintain regular performance reports using Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar tools to track KPIs and project outcomes.
• **Documentation:** Help maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of tools, processes, and analytical methodologies.
