Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

Location: Remote.

Duration: 8+ Month Contract

Rate Range: $60/hr to $70/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Position Overview

• We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with deep experience in GenAI, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI systems to join a client-facing delivery team.
• This is a hands-on, build-and-deploy role focused on designing and implementing production-grade AI systems—not experimentation.
• The immediate goal is to help the organization:
• Build and deploy 8–10 operational AI agents within the next 2–3 months
• Drive automation, efficiency, and cost optimization across technology operations
• Scale AI capabilities across the enterprise throughout the year
• This person must be able to step into an active environment and contribute immediately.

Required Skills / Experience

• Strong experience as a Senior AI Engineer / GenAI Engineer
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines in enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of: Chunking strategies (semantic, recursive, fixed), Retrieval optimization techniques

Experience with:

• LangChain
• LangGraph
• Agentic AI architectures
• Experience implementing or working with:
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar frameworks
• Strong background in:
• Vector databases
• Embedding models
• Prompt engineering
• Proven ability to deploy AI systems into production, not just a prototype
• Experience working in client-facing consulting environments
• Preferred Experience
• Financial services or regulated enterprise environments
• Experience supporting:
• Technology operations
• Platform engineering
• SRE / DevOps organizations
