About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR CUSTOMER AI ENGINEER role involves guiding customers through the transition from proof-of-concept to live production environments on the organization's AI infrastructure. This position bridges engineering, delivery, and customer success by ensuring promised solutions operate reliably and efficiently in production. The engineer collaborates directly with customer teams and internal stakeholders to optimize deployment stability, performance, and cost-effectiveness, playing a critical role in customer satisfaction and the operational success of AI workloads.
