What You’ll Do

• Lead cost and inventory accounting processes, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.
• Partner with leadership to deliver insights that drive smarter business decisions.
• Develop scalable cost models and systems to support continued growth.
• Play a key role in the monthly close and financial reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of cost accounting experience in inventory-focused industries (manufacturing, CPG, retail, distribution, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex data in simple, actionable ways.
