Senior Construction Project Manager – Big Box Retail Construction

About this role

Seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven General Contractor experience managing multi-site Big Box Retail rollouts. The role oversees multiple projects, budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, client relationships, and MEP coordination.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• **Must have GC-side Big Box Retail multi-site rollout experience**
• Strong commercial construction and MEP knowledge
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and project financials
• Strong subcontractor, vendor, and client management
• Experience working with local municipalities
• Proficiency with **Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office**
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• BS in Construction Management, Operations, Business, or related field preferred
• **PMP and OSHA 30 preferred**
