About this role

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the outsourcing framework (policies, procedures, tools) to ensure that the management of outsourcing and other service acquisitions complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular and ad‑hoc monitoring activities to ensure adherence to internal policies.
• Oversee the inclusion of all minimum contractual requirements for material outsourcing arrangements under MaRisk.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all outsourcing activities and ensure central oversight of the outsourcing portfolio against contractual obligations.
• Report risks, issues and control weaknesses to senior management and prepare the outsourcing report in line with MaRisk requirements.
• Ensure DORA requirements are considered during supplier onboarding.
• Act as a key contact for internal and external auditors, supervisory authorities and other relevant bodies.
• Ensure appropriate business continuity concepts and exit strategies are in place for outsourced services.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in risk, compliance, legal, regulatory, audit or advisory functions within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of MaRisk, DORA, KWG and GWG requirements.
• Solid knowledge of risk‑related regulatory frameworks and expectations.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in both English and German.
