The Role

• Lead white glove support for customers adopting cloud solutions as part of VA’s Data Modernization initiative
• Architect, maintain, and expand custom-developed ServiceNow applications
• Build and maintain front and back-end components connected to a blended technology stack
• Focus on interconnecting ServiceNow functions into legacy systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot ServiceNow production application issues
• Act as an intake subject matter expert for cloud migration workgroups

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or a technical discipline plus 12 years of experience (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years’ experience in ServiceNow and the Now Platform - ITSM, App Engine, and/or Integration Hub
• Experience in managing projects in the Department of Veterans Affairs
• Expertise with Azure or other major cloud platforms
• Strong knowledge and experience with data lake architectures, especially Delta Lake or similar
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and business teams
