What You’ll Do

SourceAmerica is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Finance & Operations, to join the Information Technology team. This role provides Level 1 and Level 2 functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and related business applications, with limited support for Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will help resolve user issues, support financial and operational processes, and recommend opportunities to improve system usage and functionality. This position partners closely with Finance teams, including Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, as well as other departments where F&O-related support is needed.

• **Due to the nature of this position, the ideal candidate will live within 30 commuting miles of SourceAmerica’s National Office in Vienna, VA, or one of its field offices in Kennesaw, GA; Arlington, TX; or Rosemont, IL. This role is expected to work onsite 2–3 days per week.**

How You Will Spend Your Day ...

Application Support:

• Serve as primary point of contact for D365 F&O support requests.
• Triage and resolve tickets aligned to priority levels.
• Diagnose issues across data, security, workflows, and usability.

Finance & Operations Functional Support:

• Support AP, AR, GL, project accounting, procurement, and invoicing.
• Validate transactions and system outputs.
• Support financial dimension configuration, validation, and mapping.

Business Analysis:

• Analyze system issues and business workflows.
• Document bugs and recommend improvements.
• Provide recommendations to business stakeholders.
