We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically proficient, and highly motivated
Senior Business Systems Analyst**
to join our team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with People Operations, Total Rewards, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an exceptional employee experience, from recruiting to performance tracking, while ensuring seamless system functionality and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong internal customer support skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. You should bring hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Compensation, Talent/Performance, and related modules, as well as the curiosity and adaptability to learn and implement new tools and features.
