Senior Business Systems Analyst

The Role

• Provide timely, accurate, and client-focused support for derivatives applications.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Calypso and related applications.
• Investigate complex application, data, workflow, and integration issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of derivatives business processes, applications, and data flows.
• Partner with business users to understand needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Perform business and technical analysis for issues, enhancements, and new requests.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Relevant experience supporting critical applications in asset management, capital markets, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and the investment lifecycle.
• Knowledge of derivative instruments and workflows (e.g., trade creation, execution, valuation, processing).
• Experience with Calypso, Murex, or similar trading/investment-management platforms.
• Hands-on SQL and strong Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and tactical solutions.
