Business Analyst – Transportation and Tolling Industry (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a background in the tolling or transportation industries to join our Adaptation team. This permanent, full-time role requires strong experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, dashboards, and requirements ownership. This role is not just a standard BA position; it requires someone who can own the reporting workstream end-to-end, work independently, and engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* BI / Reporting Product Owner
* Senior Business Analyst with Power BI reporting experience
* Tolling / transportation / transaction processing experience
* Strong stakeholder-facing and documentation skills
* Comfortable working with SQL architects, developers, QA, operations, and client teams
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, certification in PMI-Business Analysis is a plus
* 5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in tolling or transportation back‑office systems
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Experience with Agile/Scrum, Software Development Life Cycle, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and technical documentation
* Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions from technical and abstract information.
