Senior Business Analyst (BA-B2B Fleet Card )

Role Overview

We need a seasoned BA who has worked extensively on B2B fleet card management platforms. Candidates with prior experience in Shell Fleet Hub or similar fleet card ecosystems will be highly preferred.

We are open to reviewing profiles across multiple locations to ensure the best possible fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead **domain-intensive requirement gathering and shaping**
• Perform **as-is and to-be analysis**
• Conduct and facilitate **stakeholder workshops**
• Define and document **business rules and processes**
• Structure and manage **feature packs and user stories**
• Translate complex business requirements into **clear, testable functional specifications**

Required Experience

• Strong background in **Fleet Card / Fleet Management domain (B2B)**
• Hands-on experience with **Fleet Card platforms (e.g., Shell Fleet Hub or equivalent)**
• Proven ability to handle **complex business requirements and stakeholder interactions**
• Expertise in **business analysis techniques, documentation, and requirement lifecycle management**
