About Radiant
Radiant is a growing digital services firm helping government agencies modernize the systems and services people rely on every day. We deliver end-to-end data engineering, Agile software development, and SaaS implementation for public-sector clients, bringing modern engineering practices to complex, mission-critical federal programs.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced
Senior Business Analyst
to support a high-visibility federal health engagement.
You'll work at the intersection of mission, technology, and delivery—partnering with federal stakeholders, product owners, and engineers to turn complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You'll lead discovery, shape and refine the product backlog, map business processes and data flows, and help ensure that what the team builds solves the right problem.
This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions constructively, and move a diverse group of stakeholders toward decisions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with federal stakeholders, product owners, engineers, and other team members to
elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and data requirements
.
- Translate business needs into well-defined
epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, business rules, and functional requirements
that development teams can execute.
- Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and working sessions to clarify needs, resolve ambiguity, and drive decisions.
- Map
current- and future-state processes, workflows, systems, and data flows
to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Own requirement...
