Position Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst serves as a cross-functional partner responsible for understanding business needs, improving processes, optimizing business systems, governing data, maintaining document management systems, training users, and delivering insights that support informed decision-making. Working closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Operations, Accounting, Field Service, and IT, this role gathers and translates business requirements, analyzes and documents processes, coordinates system enhancements, and promotes the consistent and effective use of business tools, data, and workflows. The Business Analyst leverages customer, product, pricing, margin, forecasting, pipeline, sales, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvement initiatives.
