## About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized Senior Marketing Manager who can bring big ideas to life while keeping multiple initiatives moving forward.

In this role, you'll lead our marketing strategy, oversee our content and campaign calendar, drive product go-to-market planning, and partner across the business to deliver impactful seasonal campaigns that grow both our direct-to-consumer and wholesale businesses.

You'll turn customer insights into compelling stories, develop creative briefs that inspire great work, and use data to continuously optimize performance. If you thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and enjoy building brands that people genuinely connect with, we'd love to meet you.

This is a hybrid position based in Waltham, MA, with an expectation of working in our office 2–3 days per week.
