Position Overview
The Sr. Brand Manager, Nordics will be primarily responsible for the development and implementation of local brand strategy and tactics across the Nordics region for our breast cancer test.
This role reports to the Director, International Marketing and is part of the International Marketing team. The team will work closely together to deliver the International brand strategy at country level and collaborate to design initiatives that will be delivered locally.
The role will require close working with the Country Manager, Nordics, and relevant country cross-functional colleagues to plan, develop and deliver excellent and timely content, materials and programs in line with brand strategy.
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Development of local brand strategy, and lead identified key tactical initiatives and materials from design to implementation (e.g. brand promotional materials, messages and claims, media materials, effective channel selection, digital and online programs and materials)
- Support a strategic marketing mindset through championing our brand, sharing best practice, supporting consistency of implementation and demonstrating clarity of our Marketing strategy
- Tactical implementation - Work in close collaboration with commercial and medical teams to ensure tactics are relevant and in line with brand strategy
- Materials Approval - Ensure all materials and activities are compliant, timely and high quality, collaborating with medical and compliance teams and using approval systems effectively.
