About the Role
You will design, build, and optimize Azure DevOps environments for our clients. That means everything from organizational structure and process templates to pipelines, integrations, and Portfolio++ deployments. You work directly with client teams, translate technical requirements into real solutions, and make Azure DevOps work the way the business actually works.
What You Will Do
•
Design and configure Azure DevOps organizations, projects, area paths, and team structures
•
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using YAML and classic editor
•
Deploy and configure Portfolio++ for portfolio and roadmap visibility
•
Define and enforce process templates, work item types, and workflow states across teams
•
Integrate Azure DevOps with third party tools including Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub, and others
•
Support sprint planning, capacity planning, and iteration setup for client delivery teams
•
Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide hands on guidance to client engineers
•
Document standards, runbooks, and adoption guidance for client teams
What You Bring
•
5 to 7 or more years of Azure DevOps experience in a US based environment
•
Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps features: Boards, Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, and Test Plans
•
Experience with Agile process templates and backlog management at the portfolio level
•
Proficiency with YAML pipelines, branch strategies, and release management
•
Familiarity with Azure cloud services and ARM or Bicep templates
•
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
•
Experience with PowerShell or Python scripting for automation
•
Microsoft certifications in Azure or DevOps are a strong plus
