What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage projects following established processes and under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager
• Ensure projects are completed within contractual requirements, budget, and schedule while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Oversee financial performance of assigned projects, including planning, billing, revenue forecasting, and cost re-estimation
• Coordinate project materials and manage shared resources, addressing any resource constraints
• Maintain communication and documentation with customers and subcontractors, representing the employer's interests professionally

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Building Construction Industry
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC and/or Building Automation
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and project management skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 1+ years of Project Management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Prior experience in Construction, HVAC, and/or Building Automation
• PMP Certification
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and MS...
