The
Senior Analyst, People Data and Integrations
plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s People and Culture capabilities through robust data architecture, system integrations, advanced analytics, and emerging AI capabilities. This role is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data flows, integration frameworks, and reporting solutions that support accurate, timely, and actionable workforce insights. The position also contributes to the development of AI enabled solutions and intelligent agents that allow stakeholders and leaders to easily access and interact with people data insights. This role partners closely with P&C, Finance, and IT to ensure people data is effectively connected to financial planning, enabling more informed decision making around headcount, labor costs, and organizational strategy.

• Partner with Finance and HR leadership to support headcount planning, labor cost forecasting, and budget tracking
